Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training, San Francisco

Immerse yourself in the study of yoga for the childbearing year. This 5-day 40-hour intensive is a comprehensive course on the art and science of teaching prenatal yoga. The training covers teaching yoga for pregnancy, birth and beyond, and includes practice, lecture, class observations, guest speakers and lots of juicy discussion.

The 4th trimester
All participants will receive a copy of Jane's Prenatal Yoga DVD. A certificate of completion will be awarded to those who attend the entire training, and successfully complete a take home exam and book report.
