Reviews for Jane’s Classes

“Excellent resource!

I have been attending Jane’s prenatal yoga classes for much of my pregnancy so far, and very much look forward to her warmth, sense of humor, and a well-rounded class. However, I can’t always make it to class, and know that I can get most of what I need from this online class. The only things missing are the inspiring, and hilarious, anecdotes that Jane shares throughout class. And connecting with the other pregnant mamas. Other than that, this class is fantastic and highly recommended. Thank you, Jane, for the great resource!!!”

“Very helpful courseI did this routine many times throughout pregnancy, especially the last trimester, and found it very helpful – a nice mix of strengthening, stretching, and relaxing. It’s easy to follow even for those not very familiar with yoga.”
— Hannah L.

“Thankful for this course

I am a regular in Jane’s prenatal yoga classes. Recently I haven’t been able to make the classes due to other activities in my life. I am thankful for this video and the ability to do yoga on my own time.

This yoga practice has made my pregnancy very easy and has allowed me to remain active all the way to the tail end of my 8th month.

I especially enjoy the “juicy hips” stretch which I use before bed to release tension in my legs. I have friends who said they have used this posture in labor.

Jane’s directions are very clear and she keeps you moving throughout the class!”
— Hava U.

“Do your pregnant bod a BIG FAVOR… This is as good as it gets! For any and all guidance during pregnancy on how to best strengthen, prepare, open and stretch my body and mind for baby on the way… I look to Jane Austen. Her gentle expertise was essential in my preparation for the natural birth of my 10 lb 5 oz son and so of course I’m back for more the 2nd time around. I’m currently 24 weeks along with another big baby and the aches and pains are occurring for me earlier and more intense — I absolutely rely on this course for relief. It’s incredible how much better I feel, mentally and physically, after an hour with Jane! The poses are gentle yet deep and opening, the upper body work is effective and her instruction is clear, supportive and empowering. Whether you’ve done yoga before pregnancy or not, I guarantee there isn’t a better class out there!”
