Labyrinth Walk

The Labyrinth Walk with Jane + Sue Baelen is back! Every month we’ll meet on the third Thursday.

Join childbirth educator Jane Austin and Sue Baelen from the Bay Area Homebirth Collective at Grace Cathedral’s Chartres-style labyrinth on the 3rd Thursday of every month. We’ll gather at 11:45 am and begin walking at noon as the bells start to ring.

This is a time for quiet reflection, and a chance to put aside all the thoughts and chatter that busy our minds and distract us from connecting to our authentic selves.

Walking the labyrinth is an ideal way to actively meditate during pregnancy, and another step in preparing for birth.

All are welcome to this free event. Note : Even though this event is outdoors, we are asking folks to please wear a mask.
