Connect to your body in a way that is supportive – cultivating a balance between effort and surrender so we can take what is learned on the yoga mat into birth and parenthood.

Postnatal Yoga + Pelvic Floor Awareness

Designed for moms, pregnant folx and new parents who would like to get back into their practice. It not recommended to attend this yoga class earlier than 6 weeks postpartum (8 weeks if you had a caesarian birth).

Baby + Me Yoga

Join us for a short baby yoga practice for your little one! Baby yoga is a great way to bond with each other, and also it is a lot of fun!
